This is a super cute & comfortable stretch velvet skirt by iHeartRaves with a rainbow of neon colors that appear tye dyed into this adorable somewhat gathered skirt with a very stretchy wide waistband. It's so soft & in excellent condition as its only been worn once. When I wore this brightly colorful, fun lil skirt, the hem hit me just below mid thigh, but I wore it low down around my hips & I was a size large at the time. This playful skirt is a size extra large & ready for its next festival!😁🌈
