@nataliyavic they can be either, it just depends on where you let them sit, on me these were high rise, but my friend where’s them mid rise

@carmenmarie09 i’m not home right now, but the website says that they are around 24-25 inch waist, im a 23 and they fit me good, so i think with the tie waist they can fit any size
