high-waisted mini skirt

price is negotiable ! skirt is a deep / plum red color - almost looks purple ish in certain lighting great condition - only worn once or twice true to size (imo) - it could probably fit XS, the material is super stretchy full coverage in the front and back, although it is on the shorter side super comfortable !
