high waisted paper bag jeans

brand new paper bag jeans from forever 21! size XS. i wear a 25 and these fit perfectly like a 25 would. I have them rolled up at the bottom, but jeans are full length on me (5’3”ish) i uncuff the bottom in the video! Medium wash color with button closure. Waist is elastic so pretty stretchy!
