crazyw5 Good Morning Bailey. Looks like the wheels are in motion for this transaction/return. Your buyer did the correct thing by contacting posh support, If they want her to return the item to you they will contact you. they may just credit her account like she stated. This can all take a few days. For future reference; I keep all my listings up on bundles, marked as "not for sale" until my costumer receives and excepts their purchase. Just in case there is a problem with an item received in a bundle posh support can still see the original listing. I also wanted to let you know that the bundle you sold along with many items in your closet are items that are not allowed to be sold on Poshmark, they can take down these listing or close your closet for selling replicas used swimwear and facial or bath products. crazyw5 @taythompson1317 hello, you can trade but it is not posh supported, meaning if the trade doesn't work out they can't do anything about it. As far as trading goes it is up to the two parties involved usually dollar for dollar, you each pay shipping and the Minimum $3 selling price. I traded when I was first on here but don't anymore. Just a personal choice. If you decide to trade make sure it is with a trusted posher.

crazyw5 @shassanpour37 I don't think it would hurt to raise them a little, Did you look to see what a similar item has sold for not just what they're asking for them? Everyone on here has a different way of pricing, some price higher and give great bundle discount or offer discounts , others price low and don't give much of a discount on bundles or just want to gone. I personally price low because I had a store I closed and have so much to list I could do it 12 hours a day and never run out lol. crazyw5 @shassanpour37 If you go into shop (bottom left) at the top you can type in what you're looking for, once you bring that up scroll across the top of that page to the right it will say available, hit sold items, it bring up everything that has sold that is similar to what you're trying to sell. It will give you an idea of what people actually sell it for. 💕😃💕

crazyw5 @rejinalynn Good Morning Rejina Lets see if I can help you out some. 😃😃 In your feed you will see everything your followers share from their closets or from others closets. That's why you will see so many items From either closets you are not following. I will tag you in a post that explains why we share. In the forum there is a posh etiquette And your guide to poshmark. This tells you the ins and outs, what you can and cannot sell. All women's accessories are allowed, Absolutely jewelry, we love jewelry!! Makeup only if it is new. There are some people that sell outside of the guidelines, if you do this your subject to be kicked off poshmark, items can be deleted from your's closet and you will have less sales as most ladies on here follow the rules. Also many will not follow you or purchase from your closet. You will not have a chance for a host pick, cannot participate in any of the share groups or follow games. Best to stick to the rules it pays off. If you have an item you are unsure of just ask me or anyone that's been here a while they gladly tell you yes or no on something. . Ladies undergarments and swimsuits only if their new with tags also. No men's children's electronics music CDs Houseware, books. xaosqueen @crazyw5 hey there! What does it mean when PM editor invites you to this party or that party? I keep seeing those notifications but can't seem to figure out what to do about it? Is there something I'm supposed to do to join these parties? Also I've run across a few really snotty snarky obnoxious people and would really like to remove the insulting junk they've left on my listing. Is there a way to do that? Besides removing the listing and starting all over again? thanks so much!

crazyw5 @xaosqueen PM editors invites lets you know what and when a party is going on it's great to share themed items in those parties it gives your closet more exposure. You can also go into like's, parties and see what's being shown there. the nighttime parties are the most important where you can get host pics and be featured, as long as you have a posh compliant closet.

When I first started I didn't know all the rules and I deleted noncompliant listings and started getting host pics, a couple months ago I cohosted my first party and now am a suggested user which all up your sales 🎉🎉😃🎉🎉

xaosqueen @crazyw5 thank you! As far as I'm aware, I don't post for sale unallowed items, tho I may have a few things for trade (which is allowed) that are a mix of sampled/swatched and new/sealed. Since I would not want someone's used personal items I don't sell used swimsuit bottoms etc. Something may be without tags but that's most likely because it needed to be washed after someone tried it on or it was dropped on the floor. Used tops/bras are allowed I believe? ;)

xaosqueen I had someone offer me 20$ for a 150$ pair of boots ... Then leave me a nasty note when I commented that offers that low are insulting :/ same person was listing boots from same designer for 140+$ ... I've chatted with some great people on here but I've also run across done nasty pieces of work :/ I'll pop back with any other questions.. Thanks again!!

Screenshot your pictures copy your listing wording and paste into a new listing and Mark the other not for sale is a easy way to relist and not lose your watchers.

crazyw5 @xaosqueen I had to do this within the with encounter from a CRAZY lady that harassed my daughter who is 15,? when we blocked her she bought numerous items out of my daughters and my closet and canceled the orders, they don't show up for sale anymore, you have to relist them. What a pain.

mythreadz2u I read on a post that its best to shared only your own listings to a party that other Posher's like to control when their items are shared? I like sharing, should I stick to just sharing with my followers rather than to parties? What do you think when people share your listings to a party? When you share to a party your item will only show up one time so yes posh ladies like to share there own items to the parties but always share your items to every party. You can share others closets durning a party but just to your followers.

I believe you are referring to when someone asks you to bookmark their closet, There just asking you to like a listing, which usually reads "bookmark this to find my closet", so you can easily find it in your likes. Everybody's new sometime I was clueless when I started too. its been 2 years and I ❤posh.

rejinalynn I have another question. When I first signed up for Poshmark they had me choose to follow brands that I like. I didn't get to finish picking all the ones I like as it is a very long list and I wanted to come back to it later. Now that I have time to go through the whole list, I don't know where to find it! :( how do I edit the brands I am following? There's a lot more I'd like to add, and some I want to remove. TIA

crazyw5 @rejinalynn To un-follow brands, go to your picture top left, hit it and scroll down. it will have all the brands you like, just hit The following button to un-follow To follow brands go to search put in the brand you want it will come up at the bottom just go to that page and follow it. I don't know of any other way to do it because I was never given that option two years ago, you just signed up.

crazyw5 @theyellowroom Hi Desiree, If there is a user you wanted to report because of harassment etc. this is where you can do it. You can also block a user or report an item, if someone was selling a replica as atlantic or Something of the sorts. crazyw5 @theyellowroom There's really not a reason why people set higher prices I just always put $777 on mine, the only thing it affects is your percentage off in your profile but nobody see that as of yet, but Posh is always changing. I always put the original price in a bundle so others can see the Substantial discount I give. 😘😘

crazyw5 @graceyvette_ At the bottom of your listing to the right there is a share button when you hit that during a party it will say share to party's just hit that and you have shared to the party. crazyw5 @katterracina every so often posh will throw out shipping specials for a day or two recently was a $.99 special on price drops of 10% or more on orders over $10. There was also recently free shipping on orders over $50. Keep an eye on the top of your feed for any specials that are going on.

Be very active in the community sharing at parties, congratulating host pics and there's a page that shows all upcoming co-hosts for the week it's good to contact them and share their closets maybe give them a suggestion from your closet and suggest other peoples items/closets too. And chercher share I'm going to take you on a couple post.

crazyw5 @katterracina sometimes posh throws out shipping specials $1.99 or $.99 shipping. Keep an eye on your news feed for price drop special shipping. For every day price drop and shipping specials, it depends on how much of a discount from the original price you give if it's a $50 and you market down to $25 they're going to give a better shipping price then if you marked it down to $40 😃😃

crazyw5 @isaacal personally I keep my closet messed up so you get a variety, or match a couple pieces together A cute top and then a belt jewelry that all look great together. and that's pretty much what I see from big sellers out there. Posh has it easy now to filter through different categories in a closet, if that's what you're looking for. 💕😃💕

crazyw5 @addygrace6 Although trading is allowed it is not supported, meaning if you never get your items or it's not as described your out of luck. When I first started posh I did trade but after getting burnt once I was done. But you just pick out items/s in each other's closet put the listing for @... Set the amount for $3 and both parties purchase the trade with shipping total $7.99. Make sure to only trade with trusted sellers, look for there sold trade items and remarks under it. katterracina Hey.. So if you scroll to the bottom of my page, you'll see some items that don't have the sold red banner but i wrote SOLD! in the title and marked them not for sale. That's because people in my town saw those and wanted to purchase the items but there was no point in shipping it to them so i sold it to them in person. Will that prevent me from being a suggested user if they see that on my page? should i delete those listings?

xojaideox Hello! I recently sold an item and it's been a week now and I still haven't been paid. The last update was that their was a notice left (guessing at her door) and that was on the 17th. I thought that I receive my payment 72 hours after delivery if there are no problems and I haven't heard from poshmark or the buyer about any. So is this normal or should I contact poshmark? crazyw5 @xojaideox Hi Jaide I have had this happen, not often but it does happen. first contact the buyer and let them know that it is sitting at their local post office, let them know they have to pick it up or it will be sent back to you. It is not considered delivered because the customer does not actually have the item, it's in a limbo state. Hope this helps. Mary

crazyw5 @mayabomb if you go under your purchases don't accept this item but report a problem letting posh know you received the wrong item. posh will send you a return label to return it to her and then she can send the correct item to you. it won't cost you anything and the funds will not be released to her until you get the correct item. Usually this will take a couple of business day make sure to check your spam folder if you don't hear back from them in a couple of days. Hope this helps. Mary
