theporcelainpig @shopkll Hi! The waist is elastic. The unstretched waist is 10 and 1/2 inches across, or 21 inches total. When full stretched, the waist measures 19 and 1/2 inches across, or 39 inches total. The sleeve is open almost entirely to the waist, so the pit to pit measurement is about the same as the waist. The shoulder to pit measurement (sleeve opening) is 11 and 1/2 inches. I hope this helps! :)
