See pictures for best description. Probably 1920’s-1930’s I have these two keys that fit in the slot and with lots of wiggling will sometimes lock the lock. I don’t think they are the original keys, but I don’t know. I think this is meant for the non hanging type files. The hanging type are a little too tall to fit well. This was from my family. Very minimal use. Ask if any questions.
