💙💙💙green/navy high waist skirt

Vintage Banana Republic. This was my FAVORITE piece last year but I am accepting my new size and letter it go. Unlined but stays put. Very comfortable fabric. Buttons all the way down. I bought it kinda wrinkly which never deterred me. Fit my style. and I'm thinking it was washed despite its "dry clean only" tag. Because this says six but the waist measures 26 inches.
