gray/black dress with balloon bottom

This is a fun dress, gray/black with a heart sewn in just under the belt. The material has a silky feel and drapes nice. Small thin cloth belt to cinch the waist. It has not been worn. Looks great on...It is not too much so it can be worn to an office but also would be nice for a dinner out... the bottom has a slight balloon like hem.
