gorgeous formal blue dress

beautiful blue formal dress with an open back and lace detailing, sweetheart neckline, only worn 2 times. There is a small rip in the lace on the right shoulder and some stains that need a little maintenance. Was NOT a cheap dress, just taking up a lot of room.
