gold tone long chain necklace with LOVE keys pendants signed Cg

Long told tone chain necklace. Has a circular pendant with four keys, with the letters L, O, V, and E. The L key also has a little heart dangling from it. Signed hangtag says Cg, but I'm not sure what brand that is. In good used condition. Chain is approximately 28" with 3" extender. Pendant is approximately 2.75" long.
