gold tone cocktail ring with white circular inset size 6

Pretty cocktail ring with a white circular stone that seems to be acrylic. Band has texturing and cutouts, as shown in photos. There is wear to the back of the band, but it isn't noticeable when worn. Size 6 as shown in photos. Likely vintage.
