girls Appaman black and white striped shirt

EUC Appaman girls’ Casey tee. White and black stripes with an ice cream cone. Soft tee with a boxy/cropped fit. Cute scoop neck with crisscross in the back. Size 3T but my 13 month old wore it to fit like a regular tee instead of cropped. It fit my 13 month old perfectly as a regular top. She never wore it as an actual 3T so unsure how it is meant to fit. Last 2 pictures for reference
