fun dressy skater skirt

Blue, green & white skater skirt. Newly bought and never worn. It is very fun to dress up and very comfortable. It is a medium but runs very small so I consider it a small. Feels like a scuba wear material. 92% polyester 8% spandex. looks great with simple crop top and statement necklace or you can color block with a nice fun solid color. To care for you'd hand wash cold and hang dry.
