NWOT. The only imperfection I see is dust accumulation on the bottom hem of the skirt ( probably from being moved around in the store). Adjustable tie belt and shoulder straps. This dress accommodates a range of sizes ( I’m an 8/10), however the tag shows that it’s a Roman numeral “I” or size “1”, which is equivalent to a US size 4/S.
