Crepe/light spandex foundation and underskirt, overlaid with "voile"-like material. A high, Empire waist. Shrug with 3/4 ruched sleeves is waist length in the back,a "handkerchief" edge which is long in the front, tapering down from the back to finger tip length in front. Softly-gathered bodice with straps that can be slim or spread out to wide.
