🛑 forever 21 polka dot button top with tie scarf

Pics don’t I it justice it’s super cute on with work pants or skirt. Just a tad too snug for me. I wear size 12, 36c. This is best for someone who is size 8/10 and smaller than 36c in chest. I used to be a tad smaller and it fit better. Apologies on wrinkles !!
