floral print skirt

Pleated skirt with black/gray floral print. It's a size 5 (but that's not a size option on PM), so it probably fits a size 4 the best. It has big belt loops (I can't find the belt, however any larger belt will work, or even no belt at all!). It zips halfway up the side. Very cute!
