[flawed] Windsor Belted A-Line Dress

Windsor A-line dress with black, orange, and white pixel-like pattern, waist belt. I got it many years ago but there's not a lot of situations where I can use it anymore, especially since it's on the tighter/shorter side for me now. It would be a pretty good party dress, or even a daytime dress. The tag says size S but fits more like an XS - I'm normally an XS and the fit is just right for me (see measurements) ※ PLEASE NOTE FLAWS ※ The belt is falling apart a little bit (SEE PICTURES). I feel this can be fixed with a bit of sewing or even glue. The elastic on the back is worn out where it transitions to the belt detial. Besides this, the fabric of the dress is in excellent condition. Lay-Flat Measurements • Bust: 13.5" • Waist: 12" • Length: 30" The skirt hits mid-thigh, maybe a little higher, for me (I'm 5' 6" height). Maybe it would fit better for petites!
