moodtherapy @shelley0marie Hello, We do not describe them as adjustable. However it can be adjusted a little bit.. We make them to be 8mm in size. But it can be opened up to about 10mm. I wouldn’t try any more than that.. I hope that helps a little. Mike

shelley0marie @moodtherapy Actually for me, I have very small ears, so to keep cartilage earrings on (other pieces just fall off) I’d have to pinch it to make it smaller. But it’s don’t want to break or ruin them.
