(ethic) Bubble Tank Mini Dress

(ethic) brand tank dress with bubble hemline in grey, pink, and red summer weight wool knit with a polyamide lining. Italian made, fun little dress. Never quite figured our if the waistband was meant to flip down to show the stitches or flip up to cover them, wearer's choice, I guess. A few small holes in the bubble skirt right near the hem where it got caught on things sitting have been repaired but are not even remotely noticeable when worn. Worst examples in last pic.
