This pretty skirt starts with waste bed that was stretch easily to 19 inches. It is a realistic leopard print in a poly chiffon fabric. It’s semi sheer however, the skirt is fully lined in an excellent condition fitting close to the body down to the knees where trumpets out to a maxi length.
