NWOT!!!! eci Stretch Patterned Shift Dress

Great colorful dress for summer. Thin polyester stretch dress with no waistband and short sleeves (great for AC cold offices. Dress up or down with shoes and jewelry and layering pieces. Unlined but easy to find good undergarments these days ( see my cosabella slip/chemise ). My mannequin is an xs so I’d say fits fairly true, possibly even slightly larger
