donnadg I like the lace shorts but you said sz. 12 with waist , well I forget right now. But that doesn't sound right. The waist should measure bigger than that. Are you laying them flat and measuring?

roxyporter @donnadg 🙋 hi Donna!! So these are a size 12 & when I measure them flat it's 18inches across, 😉 am I doing it wrong? That was the first time I've ever had to measure pants I'll take all the help I can get! Just want to be doing it right! 😉

donnadg Take the tape measure and start at the front button or snap or whatever and hold them open. Start at the front holding shorts opened up and wrap it all the way around . Its easier for me to do it on the outside wrapping the measuring tape all the way around. Not flat. It should measure something like 34" but thats a guess it could be higher. I wouldn't think any lower. At times I wear a 12 and I hate to admit this but my waist is larger than 34". Oh alsoi wanted to ask are these low riders or whereabouts do they come up to. Im too old to be wearing low riders haha. Plus I think they are uncomfortable, but that's just me. Thanks. Love those shorts though either way.

So I still don't know if I'm even doing it right 😜 but I had measured around from front button all the way around and it measures about 38 inches! 😉 also these are not low riders I totally agree with you as I do not wear low riders either I like my shape to be inside my clothes!! ( inseam is taken from crotch up with pants folded in 1/2 ) but if you are unsure you can google the best way to measure pants, shirts, etc 😊 LMK if they are avail & your meas. Too cute
