eci New York Embroidered Skirt

This skirt is beautiful. It’s a rich chocolate brown with 9” darts spaced 4” apart that turn into pleats in the skirt making it full at the bottom. It’s embroidered in cream, lightly at the top and then fully at the hem-just gorgeous. The hem is also scalloped. it measures 15.5” at the waist and 18” at the hips-so generous for a size 6. I think I’ll just mark it as a medium. It’s 23” at the longest point. Beautiful.
