eShakti Ruffle Floral Dress with Pom-Pom sleeves

This dress is so cute… it’s yellow with black and white flowers, tiered ruffles and Pom Pom trim on the sleeves. There’s a snap on the chest to keep the V shut. Zip up the back. Never worn, just doesn’t quite fit me comfortably. Labeled as 16 but I’d say 14 is more accurate.
