mummyliz @jenvanmoor Yes, the dress is lined. The skirt (bottom part of dress) has a black lining. Then there are two layers of blue fabric; top layer is about 1-2 inches shorter. Fabric tag lists Polyester and Spandex, yet no percentages. My guess is that there’s 1%-2% Spandex because I can see and feel a horizontal stretch to the fabric. NOTE: The Sizely diagram hip measurement is of the lining at 32in. across, which is 64 in. around. The two other layers of fabric are roomier.
