Corduroy dress that has a lining that is supposed to show a ruffle around the hem. Matching pants too. The detail on this dress is so pretty with exquisite little embroidered flowers all the way around. All cotton. The weird thing is that the tag says Newborn 6-12 months. 6-12 months is NOT newborn 🤣As shown in photo. It is NOT for a newborn. Like new.
