day + moon Women’s Red Bubble Mini Strapless Dress

This dress still has its tags and has not been worn but does has had some alterations made. As you can see in the pictures, there was some fabric taken in. I have not tried to remove the stitching but I’m sure with a threader, it can be done. The size tag shows small but the approximate measurements are listed: from arm pit to arm pit, 14.5” lying flat; the waist is 12” lying flat; the length is 24”.
