dELiA's vintage Y2K strapless smocked maxi dress in ivory, blue & red cottagecore and hippie floral print. Ruffle at bust & hem. Material is rayon with no stretch, but the smocked bust area has elastic and does stretch. Marked size L but I think this fits more like a size M of today--dress form is a size S and there is plenty more room in the dress. Please see photos for measurements.
