@lahairston A "hold" or "reserve" is when the seller agrees to hold an item a potential buyer is interested in for a period of time. It's up to the seller to determine how long the item is on hold. In order to do that you would have to mark the item as Not For Sale by editing your listing price and sale price to $0. That holds the item until the customer is ready to purchase.
