This is actually a part of my dance costumes from the Dance Connection Too in Phx AZ , back in '06-07 ... it had fit me for a long time and I kept it for the possible use in future costume wear/rave wear but have not since used it as its a bit tight on me now but it's a great little skirt, great quality, durable - has only been worn on stage for performances and washed since. Black sheer skirt, with blk spandex booty shorts attached inside. Rhinestoned Throughout.
