Hello! could I please get a zoomed out image of the crusty black stuff on the skirt? I am having a hard time figuring out the extent of it since it’s zoomed in, please let me know! Also if I could get a waistband measurement I would appreciate it so much!

@libszy hi- waist is 17”, length is 13”, the first pic in the series shows it but i added another picture with better lighting so hopefully is more clear
