cruel girl custom halter/tank one of a kind

It used to get a tank top and has now been altered into a halter top with ties. Lightly sewn back line to tighten up. Hardly noticed hole if worn with a black bra. Bkack ribbed tank with silver and rhinestone design on front. Lmk if any ?s. Tag gone but size is small (which I am no longer, lol).
