This beautiful vintage piece by Bill Blass is very well-made the sides are bound to hold them in place so that back in below. I’m not sure what you would call the pattern it seems like a floral has been picked out and sequins and beads with pearls inset in the Lea area but it’s a pattern of some sort on sheer lace over. Under is theMatching lining. Halter back is both hook and eye and a button close. An outstanding look in excellent condition
