reginadole @sleazemale Hello! Approx. measurement across bottom band is 15.5". It's definitely got stretched to it though. Umm Not sure how to tell or measure cup size so with this being said I'm not trying to get too personal but on the outside of my clothing I spread the garment cup up against the front of mine and it seemed to be capable of covering my D/D+ if needed. So maybe fit for a C to D cup?
