this dress is super cute and has the prettiest flower pattern in the fabric. the skirt is bunched up at the seam but then fans out and is super flowy. has an open back but 3 small buttons at the top of the opening that look super cute. perfect dress for a formal dinner or church service. full length of dress from collar down is about 32”. width of the breast area 11”. waist is 13” wide. the collar is about 5” across.
