cherry dress

adorable cherry and polka-dot sun dress with layered tule slip skirt underneath doesn't have a size on its tag but I would guess a medium to large. I am a small and it is baggy on me. mainly the bust area. flat measurements of the waist is 16 inches but is stretchy enough to also fit 19 inches. pleated skirt with tule and slip underneath. great condition no rips tears or stains. it has one string belt loop but is missing the other. zipper on the back works good the straps are not adjustable 97%cotton 3%spandex 100%polyester lining
