cartouche Egyptian necklace sterling vtg authentic rare marked hieroglyphics

there is great detail in this hand carved necklace , ornate etching. Many tiny markings I cannot decipher. It does include the falcon. And there is another bird. Each cartouche is made specifically for someone's name or to tell a story. Researching the various hieroglyphics is mystifying and time consuming. Egypt is in my DNA but I am a student of their culture. delicate small and dainty.
