c1850 Staffordshire Blue Transferware Warming Dish platter. Rare and unusual mid 19th century English transferware platter mounted in tin warming dish. No cracks, chips, restorations, crazing, or stains in the platter. The warming dish is missing a knob on each side of the handle and has some damage to the tin at the opposite side of the filler. 22" wide with handles, 18" x 14.25" platter.
