c. 1950s vintage blue cotton dress, large peter pan collar, xxs

fun, cotton dress from designer Herbert Kasper with large plastic buttons (metal shanks), and oversized peter pan collar; date presumed to be 1950s based off tag design (internet research); good wearable condition; small stain at hem, left side; some discoloration and wear along edges, in particular collar area and armholes; ~2" of seam loose just below opening at front; it seems under collar is a bit smaller than exposed portion of collar, preventing collar from laying perfectly flat; buttons show some discoloration and below the surface crazing (see pics) see pics for measurements. model is 5"4 with 31" bust, 24" waist, 33.5" hips
