It is such a pretty and feminine dress with scallops around the neckline and shoulders and the waist has openings to cool you off when you are too warm. it is a pretty blue and has lovely pink roses. It is sleeveless and has spaghetti straps The fabric is sheer and it is lined. It zips in back. The armpit to armpit measurement is 18 1/2 inches and the length is 35 inches. The second picture got too dark. I was trying to show the openings in the lace at the waist..
