blush two piece navy mermaid dress with floral design

this blush dress is a two piece that can be converted to a one piece dress with clasp pictured. neck also has an extra hook (pictured) for two different sizing. it’s only been worn once. has been altered in length. I am 5’1 and was wearing 3-4 inch heels when I wore this dress for reference. willing to negotiate on price.
