blue with white polka dots chiffon top

Beautiful blue chiffon top with polka dots and ties in the front. Flared sleeves, see though. In excellent condition, no stains or flaws. Looks great with a pair of jeans or tucked in with a professional skirt and a blazer. It's a medium size top but I normally wear small and it fits me well, slightly loose but looks great!
