Navy blue top with vintage black and white pattern, super soft polyester/spandex blend. By the brand Eye Candy and the size isn’t on the tag but this top could fit a size small/medium. Bought secondhand and worn many times, some white spotting from repeated washing as pictured in the last photo, but otherwise in good condition. Measurements: Shoulder to shoulder: 14in Length: 20.5in
