blue tie dyed bathing suit (skirt) cover up

PERFECT for the beach! only worn out ONCE. it is high waisted! it was not to long for me, I’m 5’3” and carry most of my weight in my thighs and butt. VERY flattering! it has slits on both sides. I tied a knot in the front (as pictured) but you can take that out.
