bright royal blue sz 10 by SCARLETT embellished halter neckline sleeveless and lined flowy cascade front ruffle worn only once! I wore this to a beach wedding and it worked fabulously even for the evening dinner that ran late into the night. I paired this with strappy open-toe shoes and a small shoulder chain bag.
