black sequin chiffon skirt

This skirt is the perfect look for a dressy occasion when you still want to be comfortable. Lightweight ruched chiffon has subtle sequins glinting in the folds and both hem and waist have pretty edging. Skirt has silky underlayer and twirls beautifully! In gently used condition, no snags or stains that I can find. Note that tag reads small petite but stretches; elastic in waist is loose, which is easily fixed, but reflected in price. 34" waist due to stretching, 26" length.
