comfortablemask @swahgyj @jaylanrj hello! any item that says pending shipment scan has already been dropped off at the post office. i only mark it as shipped once it is shipped, or else it would be extremely confusing to fulfill many orders/ keep track of them. since the orders are being dropped off hundreds at a time, it can take a little while for the post office to scan them all. however since it is at the post office, it is on the way :)
