black flowy dress with collar and a fancy back

This dress is super comfortable and perfect for formal occasions. It is lined so it is ultimately not see through and the folded skirt flows out very beautifully. There are hidden buttons running up the center front and the tie/bow can be adjusted as needed. I am 5’4 and the dress comes down to just below my knees. Other than trying it on once, this dress has never been worn.
